How the Pittsburgh pilot handles waitlist and contributed gig data.
What we collect
Waitlist email and artist name. Contributors also provide venue, gig date, act format, compensation, deal notes, and a consent record.
How we use it
To operate the founding-artist program, validate demand, contact you about the pilot, detect abuse, and create de-identified aggregate venue insights. We do not sell personal data.
Compensation privacy
We do not publish an individual artist’s compensation history. Public insights use aggregated ranges with sample-size and recency context.
Retention and choices
Pilot records are retained while needed for validation, safety, and legal obligations. A contact channel for access, correction, and deletion requests will be announced at public launch.
Security and limits
Do not submit bank details, tax IDs, contracts, or private messages.
